Join the Alpine Lake Resort family! Guest Service Representatives are the first lines of communication for guests at the lodge. As a Guest Service Representative, you will establish a welcoming atmosphere from the minute a guest arrives at the hotel or the golf course. Guest Service Representatives are attentive and always willing to answer questions, resolve guest issues, communicate guest needs to other departments, register guests, and resolve guest issues. Plus, you’ll be expected to provide information to guests concerning rates, availability of rooms and tee times, and a description of facilities and services at Alpine Lake Resort.
Qualifications and Skills

– Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers
-Familiarity with using various computer software or the ability to learn multiple programs for property/business management software
-High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Gmail, copy/printer machines, and dealing with money & credit cards

-Communication, Oral – Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word
-Responsible – Ability to be held accountable or answerable for one’s conduct.

-Guest Relations or customer service experience: 1 year or more (preferred, not required)
-Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
-Authorized to work in the United States
