In a continued effort to implement controls, improve quality of service and ensure best practices; Alpine Lake has engaged with Homewisedocs.com to provide document and data delivery services for resale documents.
This new service will streamline the process for requesting resale documents. Requests and status updates will no longer be done via email to the Alpine back office, rather the seller and /or realtor will be required to submit a formal request through the document management website. The system will allow Alpine better control over the workload and turnaround of document requests. It will also give the seller/realtor more control over the timing of their returned document
